(Currently extracted from the medical area to which the pharmacy belongs) or the bank supply receipt until the administration certificate is issued (in the case of a new license only) (4) The engineering drawing is stamped by a union engineer in the case of a new license only (5) Two color photos of the shop from the inside and four photos from the outside (the colors) (6) General card + sub card + personal card + personal photo. (7) A fee of 1000 for the certificate of approval of the name for the first time and approval for the second time, 1500 + sub-subscriptions .. in addition to 800 pounds of books and licenses in case of opening. (8) In the case of the agent traveling outside Egypt only, it is required (power of attorney + personal card of the agent). In this case, the acknowledgment form of the general and subsidiary unions is received to authenticate it from the consulate. 2 copies of the mentioned documents Second - In the case of transferring a pharmacy license: the same documents mentioned above, in addition to: (A) A copy of the pharmacy license. (B) A copy of a grandfather’s sale contract between the old pharmacist and the new pharmacist for the contents of the pharmacy and documented by the real estate registry. In the case of a new license and transfer, the license shall be added: an electricity receipt or a proof of submission in the name of the new owner (if any) - the title deed in the case of ownership or if the ownership is for a first-degree relative - the actual lease contract in addition to the documented contract All papers The original is brought for review and returned to the pharmacist + 2 copies of each paper to be kept by the Syndicate. The approval shall be received no later than 30 days from the date of submission of the above-mentioned documents.
